Day 194: Gingersnap Stew & Tomato Salad

Yesterday for lunch I had a salad with tomatoes as the base topped with leftover chicken, blue cheese, capers, watercress and red onion.

For dinner I made beef stew with gingersnaps which was so good!!

We finished His Dark Materials and I spent a lot of time reading on my hammock. Finished David Chang’s memoir.
