Day 203: Fake Crab & Pork Chops

For lunch I had fake crab pasta salad with feta, watercress, dill relish, Old Bay, and celery.

For dinner we had mushroom wild rice pilaf, pork chops and sautéd beef and radish greens with French breakfast radishes

I dropped a new cellphone off at my dad’s and picked up my mom’s death certificates which arrived yesterday. I’m glad we can get moving with her estate. I also took Mitzi over to met him!
