Day 216: Eggplant

For lunch I had the leftover eggplant and rice. I had to help my dad so I didn’t have time for anything too exciting!

For dinner I had put up a seasoned pork roast in the slow cooker. I had that with some slaw and naan and Matt had it with slaw and rice.

We caught up on Fargo (Hulu).
