Day 265(!) Beef & Brussels Sprouts

Still a little amazed it’s December!

For lunch I made myself a sandwich with the leftover lamb and horseradish. Matt had noodles and cottage cheese.

I reheated the ribs I made yesterday over rice with shichimi togarashi Brussels sprouts and red onions. The ribs really are good the next day. The expiration date was creeping up so it make sense to cook them up Monday.

We finished the Undoing and Fargo. Not satisfied with either! I want to be a script polisher, so many obvious holes and paths they could have gone down and ignored.
