Day 283: Singapore Noodles & Miso Soup

I had an idea to make Singapore noodles for lunch which was a massive undertaking and left us with enough noodles for a small army. They were very good though!! I’ll have to write up the recipe. 12/21 update—Done! Recipe here.

For dinner I made miso soup with soft tofu, green onions, garlic, onions, wakame and soba noodles.

We finished The Flight Attendant. It was so good!! Great ending too.
