Day 373: Quesadilla

For lunch Matt had noodles and cottage cheese and I had mi goreng and a fried egg with peas.

I put a preseasoned pork roast in the slow cooker and lunch and we shredded it and added mushrooms and used up the leftover refried beans.

I spent hours on the blog and writing up reviews on Netgalley. I was so behind!

My chicken and rice recipe from last week is up now.

It was just a cold dreary day and I’m still tired. I got up at nearly 10 today! Oy!

We watched some Great British Menu. We’re on the Comic Relief one from like 2013. More women this time but I don’t think any make it to the finals.
