Day 392: Bangers

For lunch I had leftover zucchini fritters and the eggplant.

Then for dinner I made baby potatoes and bangers with sautéd cabbage and onions. Easy! I’m trying to clear out the fridge and freezer because we want to go to H Mart on Friday.

I also made bread pudding with the leftover Easter bread.
